David B. Rovig, P.Eng. President, Director Mr. Rovig has been the President of Greystar since 1994. Prior to this, he held senior positions with Crown Butte Resources Ltd., Plexus Resources Ltd. and was a director of Kinross Gold Corp.

Frederick Felder, M.Sc., P.Geo. Executive Vice President Mr. Felder has more than 30 years of exploration experience and has worked for Soquem, Union Miniere, Umex and Granges Inc. He has been managing the Angostura project since early 1999.

Brian Bayley, Mba Director Mr. Bayley is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Quest Capital Corp.,a public merchant bank which trades on the TSX Exchange. Mr Bayley holds an MBA from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario and is also a director and/or officer of numerous other public companies.

German del Corral, B.Sc Director Mr. del Corral is a mining and metallurgical engineer with over 30 years of mineral experience and is currently an international advisor for several companies. Previously, Mr. del Corral was Cuba Project Director for WMC Ltd., as well as President of BHP Billiton Ltd.'s Cerro Matoso S.A. in Colombia. Mr. del Corral was also a consultant for the World Bank from 1993-to-1995

Emil Morfett Director Emil Morfett (aged 50) has over 28 years of relevant experience, with 8 years in the mining industry and twenty years in mining finance. He graduated with a B.Sc. in geology from the University of London and worked for Rio Tinto in Saudi Arabia. As a mature student, he completed an M.Sc. in mineral exploration at Queens University, Ontario, Canada. He then worked in Johannesburg for Goldfields of South Africa, first as a geologist and then a valuator in the mineral economics department. In 1987, he moved to London to work as a mining analyst for Laurence Prust Stockbrokers and subsequently, in 1988, Smith New Court. In 1993 he became the Global Head of Mining Research at Bank Paribas and left in 1997 to become Vice President and Head of Mining Research for J P Morgan in London. During this period he was involved in many major mining transactions with a variety of responsibilities. In 2001, he founded his own consulting business (Millstone Grit Ltd.), providing both equity and debt focused mining research and strategic advice. He continues to provide independent, bespoke research and financial analysis of mining companies and projects to select hedge funds, merchant banks and mining companies.

Geoff Chater, B.Sc Director Mr. Geoff Chater holds a B. Sc. Degree in Geology from Texas Christian University and has over 19 years of experience in the mineral exploration field. Mr. Chater is a Principal of Namron Advisors, a corporate communications consultancy and since 1999, has held the position of Manager of Corporate Relations for First Quantum Minerals Ltd.
